Tanggung Jawab
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing trademark, patent, and copyright applications with the Intellectual Property Office (IPO).
- Conduct thorough trademark searches and preliminary clearance analysis.
- Manage and monitor IP portfolios, including tracking deadlines for renewals, oppositions, and office actions.
- Draft legal correspondence, including cease and desist letters and responses to office actions.
- Maintain and organize electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive client documents.
- Coordinate with local and foreign associates for international IP filings.
- Perform legal research regarding IP laws, regulations, and recent jurisprudence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, preferably within an Intellectual Property focus.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Intellectual Property laws and IPO procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
