Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of plastic injection parts to identify defects, such as cracks, warpage, and surface imperfections.
- Monitor production lines and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Perform statistical process control (SPC) analysis to identify trends and prevent potential quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement projects to enhance overall product quality.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality guidelines are followed during inspection activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Quality Control (QC), IPQC, or the plastic injection molding industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and inspection techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to detect minor defects that others might overlook.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid employment pass.
