We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) Staff to join our manufacturing team at PT Xtong Tech Indonesia in Batam. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting production processes to ensure that all products meet the company's stringent quality standards. You will play a critical role in identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation to support continuous improvement.
As an IPQC Staff, you will work closely with production teams to conduct regular inspections, perform quality tests, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect production processes at various stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections and tests to identify defects or deviations.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality problems and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure that all products meet specified requirements before moving to the next stage.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Report quality metrics and escalate significant issues to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and quality testing equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
