Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Assist customers with product selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Manage cash drawers, handle returns, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Organize store displays and maintain inventory stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Kualifikasi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods.
