This pivotal role involves implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our ISO 9001:2015 framework to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for overseeing documentation, conducting internal audits, and fostering a culture of quality across manufacturing and logistics operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, maintain, and enhance ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System documentation
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments across departments
- Develop and execute corrective action plans for non-conformities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage quality system documentation including procedures, work instructions, and records
- Prepare for and support external certification and surveillance audits
- Train staff on quality management principles and ISO requirements
- Monitor KPIs and report on system performance to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience implementing ISO 9001:2015 systems
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in audit techniques and corrective action processes
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments preferred
- Ability to train and influence stakeholders at all levels
