- Manage ISO 9001/22000 documentation, internal audits, and certification maintenance
- Oversee full accounting cycle: AP/AR, payroll processing, and financial reporting
- Coordinate food safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Prepare regulatory compliance reports for health and safety authorities
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Streamline administrative processes for manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with production teams on HACCP and GMP standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in ISO management and accounting roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in ISO 9001/22000 or HACCP standards
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean food safety regulations
- Advanced analytical skills with financial data interpretation
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
