Tanggung Jawab
- Advise clients on ISO standards implementation and compliance requirements
- Develop comprehensive management system documentation and procedures
- Deliver targeted training sessions for client stakeholders
- Coordinate and support internal/external audit processes
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor industry regulatory changes and update systems accordingly
- Maintain client relationships through ongoing consultation support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- ISO certification (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred
- 2+ years experience in quality management or consulting
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Excellent documentation and procedure development skills
- Proven ability to deliver engaging training programs
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software
