We are seeking a highly motivated ISO / ESG Executive to join Kimlun's strategic initiatives in Johor Bahru. This pivotal role will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of our integrated management systems, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management). As a key contributor to our sustainability journey, you'll spearhead Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy development, ensuring compliance with global standards while fostering operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to embed ESG principles into business processes, conduct rigorous internal audits, and prepare for external certifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 management systems
- Oversee ESG strategy development and sustainability reporting frameworks
- Conduct internal audits and prepare external audit documentation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for compliance implementation
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
- Prepare ESG performance reports for stakeholder communication
- Train staff on ISO standards and ESG best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ISO management systems implementation
- Professional certification in ISO standards (e.g., Lead Auditor)
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Experience with environmental compliance and sustainability reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and risk assessment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
