Join PT Sinko Prima Alloy as an ISO Officer and become the cornerstone of our quality management excellence. In this critical role, you will orchestrate the implementation and optimization of our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with ISO standards. You'll bridge departments through proactive communication, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and safeguard our manufacturing processes against quality deviations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless QMS implementation
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports for management review
- Develop and maintain QMS documentation including policies and procedures
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformances and track resolution progress
- Train employees on QMS processes and ISO standard requirements
- Stay updated on evolving ISO standards and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO/QMS implementation
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in QMS documentation and audit tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
