Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain the operational stability of key business applications to ensure zero downtime.
- Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support to internal departments, resolving application-related incidents promptly.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for mission-critical apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates, patches, and new feature integrations.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for application management.
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term technical fixes or automation scripts to prevent downtime.
- Liaise with external software vendors to manage service levels and resolve complex technical bugs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Application Specialist or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software issues in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and server-side monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to system optimization.
