Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor, maintain, and support core business applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
  • Provide second and third-level technical support to end-users, resolving complex application issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineers to troubleshoot defects, test patches, and deploy system updates.
  • Analyze system logs, identify recurring issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent future disruptions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using IT service management (ITSM) tools, ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in user onboarding, training, and permission management within various enterprise applications.
  • Participate in system migration, integration testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT Application Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow) and ITIL best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
