Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-line and second-line support for internal business applications, resolving user issues and escalating complex problems to relevant teams.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, including application patching, upgrades, and data integrity checks, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor application performance and availability, identifying and proactively addressing potential issues before they impact users.
  • Collaborate with development teams to test new application features, fixes, and enhancements, ensuring smooth deployment.
  • Document support procedures, knowledge base articles, and application configurations to facilitate efficient problem resolution and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of new internal business applications as required.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical application support outside regular business hours, if required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an IT Application Support or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting various business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom-built internal tools).
  • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ability to write basic SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
