In this role, you will be the custodian of our organization's IT ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of our hardware assets and software licenses. Your primary mission is to ensure that our technology investments are fully utilized, properly documented, and strictly compliant with vendor agreements and internal security policies. This is a critical role that directly impacts our operational efficiency and cost management strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and deployment to decommissioning and disposal.
- Maintain a precise and real-time inventory of all hardware and software assets using ITAM tools.
- Manage software license compliance, performing periodic audits to prevent over-licensing or under-licensing issues.
- Develop and enforce IT Asset Management policies and procedures to ensure standardization across the organization.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to track IT spending, renewals, and maintenance contracts.
- Monitor hardware performance and lifecycle status to provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements.
- Generate detailed reports on asset utilization and costs for senior management review.
- Ensure all software deployment aligns with cybersecurity standards and licensing agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Procurement, or IT Operations.
- Deep understanding of software licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, VMware, cloud subscriptions).
- Proficiency in utilizing ITAM or ITSM software (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex contract terms and vendor agreements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple audits or asset tracking projects simultaneously.
