Rapid Technology Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our hardware, software, and licensing assets are tracked, optimized, and managed throughout their entire lifecycle.
As an ITAM Specialist, you will play a critical role in minimizing operational costs, maintaining security compliance, and ensuring that our IT resources are aligned with our strategic business goals. You will work closely with procurement, finance, and technical departments to maintain accurate inventory records and provide data-driven insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain an accurate, end-to-end inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions.
- Implement and enforce IT asset management policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor software license compliance to mitigate legal risks and prevent over-provisioning or under-utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage the acquisition, deployment, and decommissioning of IT assets.
- Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of the ITAM database and reconciliation with financial records.
- Manage vendor relationships regarding contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and service-level tracking.
- Generate and present regular reports on asset health, lifecycle status, and cost optimization opportunities to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management or similar IT operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in ITAM software tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or similar platforms).
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management and licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Certification in ITIL or IAITAM (CHAMP/CSAM) is considered a strong advantage.
