Join Metrodata's dynamic IT team as an IT Asset Manager and become instrumental in optimizing our technology infrastructure. This pivotal role encompasses the entire lifecycle of IT assets – from meticulous recording and inventory management to comprehensive stocktaking, documentation maintenance, proactive upkeep and repairs, and ultimately managing the disposal or auction process of obsolete equipment. You'll ensure our digital resources are accurately tracked, maintained, and strategically aligned with business objectives, maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing risks.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive IT asset recording and inventory management systems
- Conduct regular stocktaking to maintain data accuracy
- Manage all asset-related documentation (certificates, warranties, manuals)
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle optimization of IT assets
- Oversee disposal processes including auctions and decommissioning
- Generate asset reports and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with procurement teams for new asset acquisitions
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT asset management
- Proficiency with asset management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper)
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of ITIL asset management best practices
- Experience with disposal procedures and vendor negotiations
- Certifications (e.g., ITAM, CompTIA A+) preferred
