Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation of hotel IT systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and reservation platforms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across the property.
- Manage hotel network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi optimization for guest rooms and secure administrative access.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to protect guest data and hotel proprietary information.
- Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and conduct regular system audits.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of IT assets, including computers, printers, and communication devices.
- Train hotel staff on system usage and best practices for digital security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS/POS systems).
- Proficiency in network administration (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Management).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support hotel operations as needed.
