Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the IT department to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Supervise the maintenance, configuration, and security of company networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational objectives and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues and system outages.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with data security protocols and IT industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT assets and software licenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), server management, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and software deployment strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in implementing IT security policies and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Professional certification (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified) is considered a strong advantage.
