As an IT Assistant Manager, you will take ownership of our GDS (Global Distribution System) architecture, fortify our cybersecurity framework, and lead complex software integrations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with company goals and travel tech requirements.
- Manage and optimize GDS systems to ensure seamless distribution and high availability.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including threat monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits.
- Oversee system integrations between internal platforms and third-party travel APIs.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the IT support and development teams.
- Monitor network infrastructure performance and implement upgrades as necessary.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in IT management, preferably within the travel technology sector.
- Strong technical expertise in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo preferred).
- Proven track record in managing network security, firewalls, and data protection protocols.
- Experience with API management, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and database administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
