Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive IT audits across systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Lead risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and compliance gaps
- Develop and maintain audit programs aligned with COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks
- Manage audit teams, providing guidance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Oversee implementation of corrective actions and track remediation progress
- Stay current on emerging threats, regulatory changes, and audit methodologies
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to strengthen control environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of IT audit experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, or CISM) strongly preferred
- Expertise in IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Advanced knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and audit tools
- Proven experience leading cross-functional audit teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
