Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting for complex digital environments.
- Direct teams of IT auditors in executing SOC reports, SOX compliance, and IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into emerging technology risks, cybersecurity posture, and cloud security frameworks.
- Manage engagement budgets, monitor project profitability, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audit reports.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with financial audit teams to ensure a seamless integrated audit approach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IT audit, risk consulting, or information security within a professional services or internal audit environment.
- Professional certification is highly preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CIA).
- Deep understanding of IT frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and NIST.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical risks to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in leading digital assurance projects or specialized audits such as cloud security, ERP implementation, or data privacy.
