Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough business analysis by gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from stakeholders across banking operations
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical documentation for development teams
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities
- Create comprehensive user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to support system design and implementation
- Support UAT activities including test case preparation, test execution, and defect tracking and resolution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify key insights
- Proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies, process modeling, and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks is highly desirable
- Familiarity with banking systems, core banking platforms, or financial software solutions will be an advantage
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
