Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate into technical specifications for banking systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking/finance
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques (user stories, use cases, process modeling)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business requirements
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking systems, compliance requirements, and financial regulations
