- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and validate business requirements using BRD and UML standards
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Manage project documentation and track progress using Jira and Trello in agile environments
- Facilitate workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Perform data analysis using SQL to extract insights and support decision-making processes
- Monitor system implementation and ensure solutions meet business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in BRD creation, UML modeling, and process mapping techniques
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both technical and business contexts
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies preferred
- Experience in data-driven business process optimization
