Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through technology solutions.
- Elicit, document, and manage detailed functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Act as a primary bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to ensure IT solutions meet user needs.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet the defined business criteria.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users during the implementation of new systems or process changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-friendly language.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines concurrently.
