Central Asia Insurance is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our growing technology team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical development teams. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications, ensuring that our insurance applications and digital platforms are robust, efficient, and user-centric.
We are seeking a professional who is passionate about the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and has a keen eye for optimizing business processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure that all system deliverables meet our quality standards and business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate complex business needs into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose scalable IT solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and the development team throughout the entire SDLC.
- Work alongside QC teams to validate test cases and ensure software meets functional requirements.
- Manage and resolve end-user complaints regarding system functionality and performance.
- Perform database queries using SQL to extract data for business analysis and troubleshooting.
- Support the implementation of new systems and provide post-deployment training and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analytical reporting.
- Proven experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle user complaints and system issues effectively.
