360 Technology Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our growing team in North Jakarta. As a bridge between business stakeholders and our technical engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our software solutions align with strategic business objectives. This is an onsite position based in Jakarta Utara, designed for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for deep-diving into complex business processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and proposing innovative technical solutions. You will lead the discovery phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that every requirement is captured, validated, and translated into actionable technical specifications for our developers. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and the IT development team to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis and business process mapping to identify opportunities for system optimization and automation.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
- Create wireframes, process flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize system logic and user journeys.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular status reports to management regarding milestones and potential risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in drafting technical documentation (BRD, FRD) and using modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and basic SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
