Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
