Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and objectives
- Document functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
- Validate system functionality against requirements through UAT
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports
- Identify and mitigate risks related to business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business analysis
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management and communication expertise
- Knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
