Astra Graphia is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between our business stakeholders and the technical development team. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Please note: This is an onsite position based at our Jakarta office.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to bridge the communication gap between business units and IT development teams.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features in alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Support the QA team by providing clarity on business requirements during the testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions to ensure business objectives are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within an IT or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to document business requirements (BRD/FRD) and create system architecture diagrams.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN).
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite office environment in Jakarta.
