Are you a seasoned IT Business Analyst with a passion for the banking sector? Sigma Global Technology is seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to join our dynamic team for a 1-year contract project. In this role, you will act as a critical bridge between our banking clients and our technical development teams, ensuring that complex financial requirements are translated into seamless, robust IT solutions.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle, driving projects from conceptualization to deployment. You will engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage requirements in a fast-paced banking environment. If you possess a keen eye for detail, deep knowledge of banking processes, and the ability to simplify technical jargon for business stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business processes and system requirements for banking core systems and digital channels.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct Gap Analysis and feasibility studies for new financial product implementations.
- Support the QA team in designing test scenarios and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage project scope and handle change requests effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide post-implementation support and documentation to ensure smooth transition to operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the Banking or Fintech industry.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping (BPMN), and UML.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including core banking, payment systems, or loan management systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools is a significant advantage.
