Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and validate detailed functional requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with IT developers and engineers to design, test, and deploy effective technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely support for user-reported incidents and service requests.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the company.
- Translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT Business Analyst or a similar role in the finance or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between non-technical and technical teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is highly desirable.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and scripting languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
