Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document complex business requirements to translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users to review, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to the Operating Lease System.
- Conduct thorough research on new technological trends and evaluate their suitability for organizational deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, and monitor system upgrades and enhancements.
- Create comprehensive documentation for system processes, user manuals, and technical workflows.
- Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve overall business efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure high adoption rates of deployed technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial industry or leasing sector.
- Proven experience working with Operating Lease Systems or similar financial software applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and user requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder discussions.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and basic project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
