Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team.
- Evaluate existing system workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable improvements.
- Document end-to-end business processes, system requirements, and project scope.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet established quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new software implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing business frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT project management roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in CBAP or PMP is a significant plus.
