As an IT Business Partner Manager at Erajaya, you will serve as the pivotal link between various business units and our dynamic IT and Digital teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary strategic liaison between assigned business units and the IT/Digital development teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Proactively engage with business stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges, strategic goals, and operational processes, identifying opportunities for technological enablement.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications and solution designs for IT engineers and digital teams.
- Champion the development, implementation, and adoption of innovative IT solutions that address business needs and drive measurable value.
- Collaborate closely with IT leadership to contribute to the development of the overall IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Erajaya's long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they meet business expectations, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for process optimization, digital transformation, and the effective leverage of technology to gain competitive advantage.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates on project status, and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure smooth project execution and user satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in IT Business Partnering, IT Consulting, Project Management, or a similar strategic IT role within a large organization.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating complex concepts effectively.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT systems, software development lifecycles, and modern digital technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
- Experience in the retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
