FamilyMart is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solution Analyst (SAP FICO) to join our dynamic IT team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our business requirements and our SAP system infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across our extensive store network.
As our SAP FICO expert, you will be responsible for end-to-end system life-cycle management, from business process design and configuration to daily troubleshooting and performance optimization. You will play a critical role in supporting our business growth by maintaining data integrity, improving financial reporting accuracy, and implementing innovative SAP solutions that drive efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP FICO business process solutions to support evolving retail operations.
- Perform system configuration and customization in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling).
- Provide expert-level daily support for troubleshooting system errors and resolving functional issues.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of new store master data to ensure accurate system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and deliver training documentation and provide guidance to end-users on SAP best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to increase operational productivity.
- Ensure the security and integrity of financial data within the SAP ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Deep understanding of SAP financial processes in a high-volume retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in master data management and SAP system configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical communication.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting) are highly desirable.
