Are you a technical expert passionate about security infrastructure? Warna Warni Media is looking for a skilled IT CCTV Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of CCTV installations, network configurations, and IT hardware maintenance. Your expertise will ensure our security systems and operational networks run flawlessly, providing a safe and efficient environment for our clients.
We are seeking a proactive individual who can handle complex troubleshooting, system upgrades, and day-to-day IT support. If you have a strong background in network security and hardware configuration, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation, configuration, and calibration of IP and analog CCTV camera systems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity for security devices.
- Conduct regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and software updates to guarantee optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues related to surveillance systems and IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement new security solutions and optimize existing workflows.
- Document system configurations, maintenance logs, and repair reports accurately.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding IT and security systems usage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or CCTV installation.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with configuring DVRs, NVRs, and video management software.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting for computers, printers, and network peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
