- Advise clients on IT strategy development and digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct infrastructure assessments and optimize IT systems for performance
- Implement SDLC methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
- Guide organizations in adopting IT governance frameworks (COBIT/ITIL)
- Develop technical documentation and process improvement recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for solution implementation
- Monitor system performance and recommend security enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of SDLC methodologies and IT Infrastructure
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (COBIT/ITIL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with IT project lifecycle management
- Certifications in ITIL or COBIT preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
