Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain hotel computer networks, systems, and hardware to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support to staff across all departments, resolving IT issues promptly
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
  • Monitor network security and implement measures to protect sensitive data
  • Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrades and projects
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and software
  • Train staff on new technologies and best practices for IT usage

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Network (Teknik Komputer Jaringan) or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT coordination role
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
  • Certifications in relevant IT technologies are a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
