Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain hotel computer networks, systems, and hardware to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to staff across all departments, resolving IT issues promptly
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
- Monitor network security and implement measures to protect sensitive data
- Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrades and projects
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and software
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices for IT usage
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Network (Teknik Komputer Jaringan) or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT coordination role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Certifications in relevant IT technologies are a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
