As a Middle Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that drive our business growth. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide comprehensive analytical solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data analysis process, from data mining and cleaning to advanced statistical modeling and report generation. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in technical tools but also possesses a strong business acumen to interpret complex datasets effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large volumes of data efficiently.
- Present complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics to propose innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, data extraction, and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail when handling large datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical audiences effectively.
