Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and capacity planning
- Implement robust security protocols and access controls for data protection
- Develop and execute backup/recovery procedures ensuring RPO/RTO compliance
- Monitor database health and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development teams on schema design and data migration
- Document database architectures, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay current with emerging database technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on database administration experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL with optimization and troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge of at least one major RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
- Experience with cloud database platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certifications (Oracle/MySQL/Microsoft) preferred
- Understanding of data security frameworks (GDPR/ISO 27001)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
