Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain robust IT infrastructure and network solutions across all branch locations.
- Develop and implement innovative digital solutions for point-of-sale (POS) and order management systems.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with management to integrate new technologies that improve operational workflows and service delivery.
- Manage data security protocols to protect proprietary business information and customer data.
- Create and update technical documentation, system manuals, and user guides for internal staff.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure high uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or systems design role, preferably within the Retail or F&B industry.
- Strong proficiency in network configuration, server management, and database administration.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and cloud-based business tools.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues and provide creative, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
