Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in full-stack development cycles, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
- Document technical specifications and system architecture for future maintenance and scaling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, or .NET) and frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed or local team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of written/spoken English.
