Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle of medical device software and integrated systems.
- Ensure continuous compliance with local and international medical device regulations, including Ministry of Health requirements.
- Oversee the documentation and maintenance of technical licensing for all medical equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize hardware-software integration.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure operational stability and data integrity.
- Support internal stakeholders in troubleshooting technical malfunctions and performing periodic updates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of technical configurations and regulatory filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT development or technical maintenance, preferably within the healthcare or medical device sector.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, licensing protocols, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485).
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical specifications and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical departments.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting, database management, and technical compliance reporting.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving regulatory and technical challenges.
