Are you a passionate DevOps professional with a security-first mindset? Abishar Technologies Indonesia is seeking a skilled IT DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between development and operations while ensuring our infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
We are looking for someone who believes in 'Security by Design' and is eager to implement robust DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with our engineering teams to automate CI/CD pipelines, enhance infrastructure security, and ensure our systems meet the rigorous requirements of OJK and BI. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Integrate security scanning tools into the development lifecycle to ensure 'Security by Design'.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using modern IaC tools.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies.
- Ensure all systems and processes align with OJK and BI regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and system security logs.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical blockers and optimize deployment workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure coding practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation tools and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, specifically OJK and BI regulations.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and automated compliance checking.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and infrastructure hardening.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
