Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure, workstations, and peripheral hardware.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to protect company data.
- Manage and maintain internal software applications and databases.
- Document technical processes, system configurations, and maintenance logs for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT infrastructure improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with hardware installation and general troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
