Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Drive the development and execution of IT roadmaps, focusing on digital transformation and AI integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and secure technical architectures.
- Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including CI/CD, testing protocols, and code quality standards.
- Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure and ensure maximum uptime and performance for critical business systems.
- Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and IT resource allocation to ensure optimal ROI.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI, machine learning, and automation, to maintain our competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects and adopting AI or automation technologies.
- Strong technical background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern web/backend frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration.
