Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and monitor local network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi routers, switches, and cabling.
- Provide prompt technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues to staff across all departments.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, ensuring all hardware is accounted for, updated, and functional.
- Coordinate with external vendors for internet service providers or specialized software support when necessary.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and cybersecurity protocols to protect company data.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and point-of-sale systems.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal IT systems and common troubleshooting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in IT support or as an IT generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common business software suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Physical capability to handle hardware maintenance and site inspections as required.
