Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage IT hardware lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Oversee network infrastructure operations including LAN/WAN configurations, security protocols, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate IT support teams for hardware troubleshooting, network diagnostics, and incident resolution
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, maintenance contracts, and technical support
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT hardware/network management with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), security systems, and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of enterprise hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment)
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, ITIL) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize critical infrastructure issues
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English for technical documentation and team collaboration
