Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year experience in IT helpdesk/support roles
- Fluent Mandarin and Indonesian language skills
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Network administration fundamentals
- Hardware troubleshooting expertise
- IT service management knowledge (ITIL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred)
