Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and technical support requests from staff.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights across organizational systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions using our internal ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with senior IT staff on larger infrastructure projects or upgrades.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on common software tools and office equipment.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and office productivity suites.
  • Experience with basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Solid understanding of hardware installation and maintenance (printers, PCs, laptops).
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
